I am fully insured as a yoga teacher/trainer and therapist. I am committed to Continuing Professional development and am starting to train in Internal family systems this year in addition to going through the rigorous re certification process for Compassionate Inquiry. I am looking forwards to seeing how my recent studies integrate with the yoga and therapy.
