meditation

I started practicing meditation at 14 when I learnt TM technique. Since then I have studied different types of meditation and now feel settled in my spiritual home of Dzogchen silent sitting. As an apprentice in the (Aroter) Nyingma Tibetan Buddhist Tradition I attend regular retreats and receive personal instruction from my Lamas.

For me, meditation holds the key to the ‘garden of being’ and it is a fundamental support in my life. I see it as being able to benefit all beings, everywhere. What’s more it is free and you can do it anywhere without baggage. My meditation practice greatly informs all of my other work.

I am not currently offering any specific meditation groups or workshops but Meditation will form part of my level 2 training on restorative yoga and be offered as part of My Weaving The Light Weaving The Dark retreats.
